Humor plays a huge role in our lives and it influences the way we act, think and even feel.

Today we bring you a video from the youtube channel Buff Dudes which depicts (in the most hilariously spectacular way) an everyday life inside any gymnasium you’ll ever go to.

Like straight from an animal planet or discovery channel documentary; this video shows, in shockingly crisp and accurate detail — using an exceptionally anecdotal deep voice narrative — exactly what us humans, both male and female do whenever we set foot inside the gym.

From the opening lines… 

— “The Gym. Millions of homo sapiens frequent this urban wilderness” — any fitness buff knows what’s coming next. In fact, the dominoes fall too predictably, but that’s what makes the video so satisfying. 

Viewers will recognize all of these gym species, so the audience connection with the filmmakers begins. Watching the various species interact is equally as hilarious for experts as it will be for novices.

Why is it so satisfying to watch? 

The filmmakers hit every target — from members who aren’t too committed to the women who wear too much makeup, the men who strut like peacocks, and the groups of selfie-taking teenagers — and yes, all of those groups do exist. 

In addition, “the rare females who have dared to step off the safety of the treadmills and set foot in this harsh free-weight terrain” will find solace in knowing the leering men at their gym are not an anomaly.
