Meet Bill Morgan. A man with a heart condition who also suffered a car accident and was near death, when a little turn of events changed his life!

He won a scratch ticket which got him new car and many of his bills taken care of, but it wasn’t until a news channel decided to cover his story, that the real miracle happened!

He was asked to re-enact his lucky win by purchasing yet another ticket and reveal it in front of the camera.

He was in utter disbelief and immediately broke down in tears! He then called his beloved wife and gave her the amazing news, making this one of the luckiest moments ever caught on live Television!
